The petitioner is challenging posting of the respondent No.3 at Raipur vide Annexure - P/13. This petition is pending

WPS No.4348 of 2009 since 2009 without there being any interim relief allowed to the petitioner.

Since the issue essentially pertains to posting and joining of the respondent No.3, no useful purpose would be served in keeping the petition pending, therefore, the same is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to move again, if the cause of action survives or the fresh cause of action has arisen on the issue.

There shall be no order as to costs.
