Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay Agrawal Order On Board 01.09.2018 1.

During the course of the arguments, it is revealed vide report dated 12.07.2018 submitted by the Jail Superintendent, Central Jail, Durg that the present appellant Bhageswer, son of Shri Bhuvan Lal was released from jail on 18.10.2012 by extending remission to him.

In view of the aforesaid fact, counsel for the appellant does not want to press this appeal.
