Agrawal Order On Board 17/01/2018 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is entitled for grant of leave encashment of 200 days for which respondent No.4-District Education Officer, Janjgir-Champa has directed to respondent No.5-Block Education Officer, Janjgir-Champa vide order dated 22.08.2016 to take a
decision and grant leave encashment to the petitioner, which has not been done till this date, against which this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed. (2) Be that as it may, respondent No.5-Block Education Officer, Janjgir-Champa is directed to consider and take a decision on the case of the petitioner for grant of leave encashment of 200 days as per direction issued by respondent No.4-District Education Officer, Janjgir-Champa on 22.08.2016 expeditiously within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
(3) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
