2. Also, heard on IA No.9/2018, an application for withdrawal of the present appeal and IA No. 10/2018, an application for withdrawal of original record filed with memo of the Second Appeal.

3. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that both the parties will settle their matter out of the court, hence, both the above IA No.9/2018 and IA No.10/2018 are allowed.

4. After obtaining photocopies of the original documents, it should be returned back to the appellant.
