1. Heard.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that certified copies of the entire charge-sheet are not being supplied to the petitioners and no reason has been assigned for not giving certified copies of the charge-sheet.

3. Be that as it may, the petitioners are at liberty to file afresh application within 7 days from today. If

such an application is filed within the stipulated time, officer in charge of copying section of the Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class/Civil Court, Bilha is directed to consider and disposed of the same within further two weeks from the date of receipt of the application. If certified copies of the entire charge-sheet are not supplied to the petitioners, reasons will be expressly assigned by the said officer.

4. With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
