Shri Mukesh Sharma, learned counsel for the applicant, would submit that the District Magistrate has recalled the order and has restored the matter under Section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 for passing fresh orders on merits, therefore, the contempt appears to have been purged.

In view of the statement made, IA No.1, application for withdrawal of the petition, is allowed and the contempt petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
