1. Heard.
2. Ms. Diksha Gouraha, learned counsel for the petitioner, would submit that though petitioner was appointed as part-time peon, but in light of the decision of this Court in Narrendra Kumar Kherwar v. State of Chhattisgarh & Ors.1 his case for regularization may be directed to be considered by the respondent authorities.
3. Mr. Soumya Rai, learned State counsel, would submit that is a representation is filed by the petitioner, it would be considered by the respondent authorities in accordance with law.
4. Be that as it may, petitioner is at liberty to make a fresh representation seeking regularization in accordance with the applicable rules and regulations including the decision passed by this Court in Narrendra Kumar Kherwar (supra) and in that event, respondents are directed to consider and decide petitioner's representation in accordance with law within 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter.
