The appeal is admitted and shall be heard on the following substantial question of law:- "Whether both the Courts below are justified in holding that the sale made by defendant No.1 Lalita, wife of Vipin Bihari, in favour of defendant No.2 Bibiyana is valid without prior permission of the Competent Court in view of Section 8 of the Hindu Minority and Guardianship Act, 1956?"

Issue notice to the respondents. PF and copies within 7 days along with substantial question of law.
