1. In this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, petitioner is seeking direction to the respondent to allow him
WPS No. 5972 of 2009 to appear in the recruitment test for promotion to the post of Lecturer to be held by the Professional Examination Board, Raipur. He is seeking dispensation of requirement of having been qualified in B.Ed/ B.T.I./ M.Ed. Examination for participation in such recruitment. By order dated 20.10.2009 the petitioner was allowed to participate in the selection process. It is not known whether the petitioner succeeded in the said selection process.
2. In view of the above, the Writ Petition appears to have been rendered infructuous. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
