Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner may be allowed to make a detailed representation before respondent No.2 which may be directed to be considered and decided expeditiously.

Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to make a detailed representation before respondent No.2. If such a representation is made along with supported documents, respondent No.2-Board will consider and dispose of the same by reason and speaking order within six weeks from the date of its receipt without being prejudice by the earlier order. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on merits of the case.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed of. No cost(s).
