1. Heard.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he is constructing the road in the naxalite area, Chilfi-Rengakhar-Salhewar, and he has made an application for grant of police protection to the Superintendent of Police Rajnandgoan as well as to the Superintendent of Police, Kavardha on 09.09.2019 but those applications have not been considered and decided till this date.

3. Be that as it may, the Superintendent of Police, Rajnangaon as well as the Superintendent of Police, Kavardha, are directed to consider and decide the application of the petitioner within seven days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the aforesaid direction, the instant writ petition is disposed of.
