1. Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant submits that appellant has been released from the jail.

2. Vide PUD dated 10.10.2020 received from Central Jail, Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh, it has been reported that appellant has already been released on 8.3.2004 after her remission and completion of sentence.

3. Looking to the above, Counsel for the appellant does not want to press the instant appeal.
