Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 01/10/2021 1.Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner has been selected

but appointment order has not been issued to the petitioner.

2.Learned counsel for the respondent No.2, submits that by order dated 25.04.2014 State Government has stayed the recruitment for the post of Shikshak Panchayat Granthpal, as such, petitioner has no case.

3.I have heard learned counsel for the parties and considered their rival submissions and also perused the record with utmost circumspection.

4.Since the State Government has stayed the recruitment for the post of Shikshak Panchayat Granthpal by order dated 25.04.2014 and no rejoinder has been filed by the petitioner stating that stay order has been lifted by the State Government, as such, the petitioner is not entitled for any relief at present, accordingly, the instant writ petition is dismissed. However, petitioner is at liberty to revive the same as and when occasion arises.
