1. The applicants have preferred this application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. as they have been arrested in connection with Crime No.75/2020 registered at Police Station- Kelhari, District Koriya, C.G. for the offence punishable under Sections 376(?k) & 506 of Indian Penal Code.

2. Learned counsel for the applicants seeks to withdraw this application with liberty to file afresh as and when occasion arises.

3. Accordingly, the bail application stands dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as stated above.
