Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that petitioner's application / representation for renewal of registration of his monthly magazine "Shashwat Rashtrabodh" for the year 2018-20 at concessional rates is not being considered till date though representation has already been made by the petitioner.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondents would submit

that petitioner's representation will be considered and decided within a period of four weeks from today.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties. 4.

Be that as it may, the respondent No. 2 is directed to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation for renewal of registration of his monthly magazine expeditiously within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order subject to petitioner complying the requisite rules in that regard.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
