Hon'ble Shri Justice Arvind Singh Chandel Order On Board 20/11/2019

1. Perused a report dated 08.01.2019, received from the office of Superintendent Central Jail Jagdalpur, it has been reported that the appellant has already been released from jail after completion of his entire jail sentence imposed upon him by the Trial Court.

2. Learned Counsel for the Appellant submit that since, the appellant has already been released from jail, therefore, they do not want to press the instant appeal.

3. In view of the above submission, the instant appeal is dismissed as not pressed.
