Shrimati Joodav Devi, aged about 75 years, widow of the deceased Shri Prem Raj Jain.

Paras Mal Jain, aged about 54 years, son of the deceased Shri Prem Raj Jain, 2-C.
Praveen Kumar Jain, aged about 32 years, son of the deceased Prem Raj Jain, and 2-D.
Mahavir Jain, aged about 30 years, son of the deceased Prem Raj Jain, All residing in House No.365 and 365/I, and doing business of Cloth Merchants at Sadar Bazar, Durg, Twon, Tahsil and District Durg. 3.
Shri Mishri Lal Kankariya, aged about 58 years, residing behind Sharda Talkies, Moti-para, Ward No.23, Durg, Town, Tahsil and District Durg. ---- Respondents 31/08/2015 None for the appellants.
No one appears nor any representation is made on behalf of the appellants even in the second call, therefore, the Court has no option except to dismiss the appeal for want of prosecution.
Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution.
