1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though petitioner's order of suspension has been quashed by the State Administrative Tribunal, Jabalpur in O.A. No. 2992/1992 by order dated 27/11/1992 and thereafter, the respondent authorities ought to have permitted the joining of

the petitioner, but no action has been taken and order dated 27/11/1992 has not been complied with, for which the petitioner has also filed several representations to respondent No. 4, but they have not been considered and decided.

2. Learned State counsel would submit that respondent No. 4 may be directed to consider petitioner's representations in accordance with law.

3. I have heard learned counsel for the parties at length.

4. Be that as it may, since the State Administrative Tribunal has already quashed the order of petitioner's suspension by order dated 27/11/1992, therefore, respondent No. 4 is directed to consider and decide petitioner's representations within four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order by passing a reasoned and speaking order. Petitioner is at liberty to make additional submission and file documents in support of his representation within two weeks from today.

5. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No cost(s).
