1. Pursuant to order dated 31.07.2017 warrant of arrest was issued against the applicant.

2. The report dated 03/04.09.2017 received from S.H.O. Pusor, District Raigarh, Chhattisgarh along with copy of warrant and death certificate of applicant issued by Sarpanch Gram Panchayat, Jakela and as per report the applicant has died in the year 2008-2009.
