Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that they may be allowed to make representation before the respondent authority for providing promotional post from the post of Panchayat Karmis to the post of Assistant Development Extension Officer.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

Be that as it may, the petitioners are at liberty to make representation before the respondent No. 1- Secretary, Department of Panchayat and Rural Development who, in turn, shall consider and dispose of the petitioners' representation expeditiously within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
