1. Vide memo dated 29.09.2019 it has been reported by Superintendent, Central Jail, Jagdalpur, District- Bastar (C.G.) that Appellant has already been released from jail on 16.11.2010 after completion of entire jail sentence imposed upon him by the Trial Court.

2. Since, Appellant has completed the entire jail sentence therefore now in present scenario counsel for the Appellant doesn't wants to press this appeal.

3. In view of the above submission, the instant appeal is dismissed as not pressed.
