1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by this petition petitioner has challenged the order dated 03.05.2014 which is unsustainable and band in law.
2. Learned State counsel submits that by virtue of interim order dated 28.05.2014 petitioner has allowed to continue work at Karli.
3. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and considered their rival submissions and also perused the record with utmost circumspection.
4. Since the petitioner is working at Sub Health Center, Karli by virtue of interim order dated 28.05.2014, for a fairly long time. Accordingly, the impugned order dated 03.05.2014 is quashed to the extent of the petitioner. However, liberty is granted to the concerned Chief Medical & Health Officer to pass a fresh order in accordance. Till passing of order by the concerned Chief
Medical & Health Officer, in respect of posting of the petitioner the interim order 28.05.2014 shall remain in force.
5. With the aforesaid / observation direction the instant writ petition stands disposed off.
