1. This is the first bail application filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicant as he is in jail since 16.8.2020 in connection with Crime No.11/2020, registered at Police Station Ramkola, District Surajpur (CG)for the offence punishable under Section 302 of the IPC.

2. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw the present bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C.

3. Not opposed.

4. Accordingly, the bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. is dismissed as withdrawn.
