Despite issuance of S.P.C. by the National Lok Adalat and its service upon the appellants, no one is appearing for the appellants nor any representation is made on their behalf even when the matter is called in the second round of hearing today.

In the above circumstance and in absence of representation, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss this appeal for non-prosecution. 3.

Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.
