This appeal is admitted and shall be heard on the following two substantial questions of law :- "1. Whether both the Courts below were justified in dismissing the suit of the plaintiffs by recording a finding which is perverse and contrary to the record?

2. Whether both the Courts below were justified in decreeing the counter-claim of defendants by holding that suit property was held jointly by defendants No. 5 to 11 ?"

Issue notice to the respondents on memo of appeal along with a copy of substantial question of law on payment of PF within seven days from today failing which the second appeal shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Bench. Certified copy as per rules.
