2. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have filed an application for regularization of the construction and the said application is not being decided for the reason that the instant petition is pending.

3. In view of such submission, the petition is disposed of as withdrawn and the

authorities would be free to decide the application for regularization of construction in accordance with law. The petitioner shall be at liberty to approach this Court if the cause of action arises in future.

4. It is further made clear that this Court has not made any observation on the merits of the case.
