1. Pursuant to order dated 13.02.2020 of this Court, grandfather of the prosecutrix namely, Ganga Ram Sarthi is present today. On being asked, he has made his objection regarding grant of bail to the applicant.

3. Learned counsel for the applicant wants to withdraw this petition with liberty to revive the same after examination of the prosecutrix.

4. Prayer is allowed.
