Hence, on this basis, the prayer in the reference is allowed and it is ordered that in the last line of the paragraph - 9 of the judgment dated 28.11.2018, passed in Cr.A. No.1119/2013, it may be read that the appeal is rejected. Copy of this order be made part of the record of the Cr.A. No.1119/2013.
