1. The present contempt petition has been filed alleging the non compliance of the order dated 25.03.2019 passed by this Court in WPS No.1849/2019.

2. Respondents have now entered appearance and have shown Annexure R-1 dated 04.02.2020 whereby the representation of the petitioner has been turned down.

3. Given the fact that respondents have now taken a decision on 04.02.2020, the order passed by this Court stands duly complied with. In the event, if petitioner is aggrieved of the same, the only recourse available would be to challenge the same by way of a fresh petition.

4. Reserving the right of the petitioner, the present contempt petition stands disposed of. Respondent stands discharge from the contempt proceedings.
