At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the instant petition, the petitioner died and the legal representatives of the deceased petitioner are not coming forward to prosecute the petition, therefore, this petition may be dismissed for want of prosecution though with liberty to revive. 2.

Not opposed.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as having abated on account of death of the petitioner. However, liberty is reserved to the legal representatives of the deceased petitioner to revive, in case, cause of action survives. SD/- (Manindra Mohan Shrivastava) Judge Tumane
