1. This writ petition (criminal) has been preferred by the petitioner stating that he is being harassed by the police authority after his acquittal by the trial Court vide judgment dated 27/7/2010 passed in criminal case No. 422/2010.

2. I have heard learned counsel for the parties, considered their submissions and went through the records with utmost circumspection.

3. This writ petition (criminal) is disposed off with hope and trust that the petitioner will not be harassed unnecessarily and on the other hand, the petitioner will also maintain good behaviour in the meantime.
