The counsel appearing for the University submits that the petitioner herein pending the petition has expired and he further on instructions from the department makes a statement that all dues payable to the family members have since been released to the widow of the petitioner. No efforts have been made by the family members for substitution or to carry on the petition further.

In the light of the submissions made by the counsel for the respondents, nothing further remains to be adjudicated.
