As per Annexure R-2 filed along with the reply shows that on 09.03.2019, parole has been granted and the convict Babla Rai S/o. Late Santosh Kumar Rai have been released on probation. Therefore, it appears that the grievance of the petitioner has

already been redressed. Consequently, the petition has become infructuous.
