The Court will not go into the nitty-gritty of the argument which led to the cancellation of the contract. If the Petitioner feels that there is breach of the terms and conditions of the contract, he has common law remedy. 3.

Writ application is dismissed. Dismissal of this writ application however will not come in the way of any other remedy which the Petitioner may seek under the law.
