1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the Commissioner, Tribal Welfare has already requested the Collector, Jashpur on 30.6.2006 for extending the benefit of members of Pahadi Janjati Korwa that has not been considered and acted upon.
2. Be that as it may, the Collector, Jashpur is directed to consider and dispose of the memo dated 30.6.2006 issued by the Commissioner on its own merit expeditiously if already not disposed of.
3. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed of. No cost(s).
