This petition has been not been directed against any specific order. 2.

It is submitted that the only prayer that the petitioner wishes to make before this Court is this, that a direction be issued for speedy disposal of the Civil Suit No.748/2016 pending before the Family Court, Raipur. 3.

After perusal of the order sheets, it is found that the case is pending since the year 2016 and the evidence of the petitioner/applicant side is already complete. It is duty of every Court to make an endeavour to dispose off the case pending before it as early as possible. Looking to the time that has lapsed so far, I am of this view that this petition can be disposed off by simply issuing a direction for speedy disposal of the suit pending before the Family Court. 4.

Accordingly, this petition is disposed off. The Family Court is directed to expedite the trial of the case and complete the same preferably within a period of six months from the date this order is communicated. Sd/- (Rajendra Chandra Singh Samant) Judge Aadil
