The matter is called out second time over after being passed over in absence of counsel for the Petitioner.

Learned counsel for the University/Respondents No. 1 to 4 is present. According to him, one of the reason why the Petitioner may have lost interest in the matter is that way back on 16.05.2016, the University has granted promotion to the Petitioner on the post of Professor. 3.

In support thereof, he has produced a copy of the notification/order dated 16.05.2016. The said notification/order is placed on record. 4.
