Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the notices dated 2.8.2011 & 3.2.2012 issued by respondent No.1 are without jurisdiction and without authority of law. He submits that the petitioner has already filed the objection / reply to the said notices, but the same has not been considered and decided till date, and therefore, the same may be directed to be decided expeditiously. 2.
Be that as it may, the respondent No.1 is directed to consider and decide the objection /reply filed by the petitioner to the aforesaid notices expeditiously preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 3.
It is made clear the petitioner is at liberty to approach this Court, if adverse order is passed against him.
