1. Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant submits that he wants to withdraw the present application. During course of argument, he submits that the material witnesses have been examined but the Investigating Officer and Doctor in the concerned case are yet to be examined.

2. In view of the above submission, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn.
