1. Pursuant to order dated 06-02-2018 passed by this Court, the applicant is present in person before this Court today.

2. Learned Counsel appearing for the applicant submits that this revision has been preferred against the order dated 13-05-2004 passed by the Second Additional Sessions Judge (F.T.C.) Janjgir in Sessions Trial No. 112/2004 framing of charge against the applicant. He further submits that during pendency of this revision, the Applicant has already been acquitted by the Court below. Therefore, the Applicant does not want to press this revision.
