This petition has been filed for restoration of WPT No.211/2011, which was dismissed in default by this Court vide order dated 21.11.2019.

For the reasons assigned in the application for restoration of the said petition, I am inclined to allow the same.

Accordingly, the instant petition is allowed and WPT No.211/2011 is restored to its original number. No order as to costs.
