1. The appellants are not required to pay any Court fee in the proposed appeal in view of a Notification No. 9-2-86-B-XXI dated 02/08/1986 made reference in judgment dated 25/09/2017. Following that judgment this MCC is ordered declaring that the appellants are not required to pay any Court fee on the proposed appeal.
2. It is appropriate that the Registry keeps a note of this issue and the judgment referred to above for further guidance in such matters. The Registrar General will also remind the Courts below about the Notification dated 02/08/1986 referred to in the order dated 20/09/2012 in MCC No. 90 of 2003. Since the appellant is not required to pay Court fee, the appeal would be within time, since the appellant has 90 days to institute the appeal. Hence, I.A.
