The relief sought for in this case is in respect of quashment of the order dated 28.11.2013 wherein certain fair-price shops were directed to be handover to the petitioner again. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at present he do not have any instructions, therefore, the petition may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition, in case, any cause of action still survives in future.
