Learned State counsel submits that in view of the notification dated 9th October, 2017, District Judge has been appointed as appellate authority under the Food Safety and Standard Act, 2006, therefore alternative remedy is available to the petitioner. 2.

In view of the submission made, petitioner would be at liberty to file appropriate appeal with the concerned court.

With such liberty, the petition stands disposed of. 4.
