1. This revision is preferred against framing of charge. Perused the report dated 17.12.2018 sent by the learned District and Sessions Judge, Durg (C.G.), it is reported that concerned case has already been decided by the Trial Court on 31.08.2018 and the applicant has already been acquitted from the charges imposed upon him. Since the trial has already been decided, therefore, the revision has now become infructuous.

2. In view of the above, the instant revision is dismissed as having become infructuous.
