This appeal stands disposed off with an observation that the parties are free to make a mention before the assigned Bench for fixing an early date to hear the writ itself, which is Writ Petition (S) No.1390 of 2013 and decide the issue by fixing a date convenient to His Lordship.

This Court is not inclined therefore to interfere with the order dated 12.09.2017 passed by the learned Single Judge vacating the interim order which had earlier been granted.
