1. By way of this petition filed on 19.08.2002, the Petitioner seeks a direction to the Respondents to stop extraction of minerals from the land in question.

2. In response to the petition, the Respondent/State has subsequently filed its reply in which it has been stated that subsequent to the filing of writ petition, the Petitioner has executed a registered sale deed in respect to same suit

property selling the same to the Respondent No.1/company and as such entire property thereafter has been transferred to Respondent No.1/Company.

3. In the light of subsequent development, in the opinion of this court, no further grievance remains to be redressed and the petition has now become infructuous.
