1. Perused the P.U.D dated 15.10.2020 received from Jail Superintendent, Central Jail, Bilaspur (C.G.) wherein, it has been reported that Appellant has been released from jail on 12.10.2015 after completion of his jail sentence imposed upon him by the concerned Trial Court.

2. Looking to the above, counsel for the Appellant wants to withdraw the instant appeal.
