1. This writ petition is filed by the petitioner/defendant questioning the order granting temporary injunction in favour of the plaintiff by the Miscellaneous Appellate Court under Order 43 Rule 1 (r) of C.P.C.

2. I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and perused the impugned order.

3. After hearing the parties and considering the facts that the suit is pending for consideration since 02.08.2014, it would be expedient to direct the trial Court to conclude the trial within three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. Ordered accordingly.

4. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).

5. A copy of this order be sent to the concerned trial Court directly and through District Judge concerned.
