Advocate Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 28.08.2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's case for promotional on the post of Deputy Director, Panchayat and Social Welfare Department, Raipur has not been considered and decided in the year 2007 for want of ACR and her juniors were promoted against the said post. He would further submit that the ACR has already been filed on 03.06.2006, 03.03.2007, 08.05.2007 and 04.06.2007, but her name was not considered for promotion though the petitioner has retired from the service, but she is entitled to be considered on the said post with all consequential benefits.

(2) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

(3) Be that as it may, the respondent authorities are directed to consider and decide the petitioner's case for promotional on the post of Deputy Director, Panchayat and Social Welfare Department, Raipur with all consequential benefits, strictly in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. (4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
